By downloading or using SkipQueue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SkipQueue provides crowd-sourced wait time information for nearby places. You may use the app only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or offensive wait-time reports, or to use the app in any way that could harm other users or the service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Wait times are user-reported and may be inaccurate, outdated, or missing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipQueue and its operators (NAMV) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of time, wasted trips, or missed opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $0, as the app is provided free of charge.
You use the app at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the app. Do not rely on the app for time-critical or safety-critical decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkipQueue and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app or your access to it at any time, for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to maintain or continue operating the service.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Santa Clara County, California. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit related to the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
