Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

EU Users / Data Subjects (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

SkipQueue does not collect account information, persistent identifiers, or data that directly identifies you. If you submit a wait-time report, that report is stored without your name or contact details. If you believe we hold any personal data about you, contact us at SkipQ.feedback@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

The legal basis for any incidental data processing is our legitimate interest in operating the app (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except as required to operate on cloud infrastructure (Supabase, hosted in the US). Where such transfers occur, they are covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except that EU data-protection rights described above are governed by applicable EU/UK law.
